3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project
- Grant access to your property for consultations and installations
- Make timely payments as agreed upon in your service contract
- Follow any care and maintenance instructions provided
- Obtain necessary permissions and approvals from property owners or building management
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- A deposit may be required to secure your project
- Final payment is due upon completion of services
- Additional charges may apply for changes requested after work has begun
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
5. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
Service Provider Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any deposits made.
6. Return Policy
Interior styling services are customized to your specific needs and preferences. Therefore:
- Consultation Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
- Design Services: Design fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced and initial concepts have been presented.
- Furniture & Decor Items: Return policies for purchased items vary by supplier and will be specified at the time of purchase. Custom and made-to-order items are typically non-refundable.
- Installation Services: Once installation is complete, services are considered delivered and non-refundable.
Defective Items
If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Prexalonnrozvort remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:
- You receive a license to use the designs for your personal residential purposes
- We retain the right to use project photos for marketing and portfolio purposes (unless otherwise agreed)
- Designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission
8. Limitation of Liability
Prexalonnrozvort shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Issues arising from client-provided materials or existing conditions not disclosed
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (supplier delays, weather, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Warranty
We provide the following warranties:
- Workmanship: We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion
- Products: Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and will be passed along to clients
- Design Quality: We will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final design
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dublin, Ireland
- Irish law will govern these terms
- Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
